Hello. I would like to know what are the defect that could be found during this injection process (thermoplastic + CF). In the session is clear the fiber orientation is based in the geometry (better design Better filaments distribution). But I would like to know defects related with the Injection Process Itself, i believe there were not mentioned. Thank you so much in advance!

How impregnation happen?

High pressure in the mould. If injection moulding, you inject under a set pressure and also the mould closing pressure. In pultrusion it is similiar principe where you push lots of matrix material into the mould.
