Recording For Performance with NT USB Mini

I have Rode NT USB Mini & I bought it for content creation purpose but as it is condenser mic it catches my laptop's fan noise and the noise level goes upto -30. Is there any solution instead of making laptop's fans silent ? Will using dynamic mic will fix this issue , suggestions please :)
