noise reduction on audacity premier pro effect parametric equalizer..drag it to audio file....presets...loudness maximizer...base point is on the left side..so raise it little bit Multiband compresser effect...edit...broadcast preset audio level sholuld not be higher than -2 or -3 use .wav
