Your recording is mono not stereo i think. Or could you have another result ?

Will it work if I just directly plug in the audio splitter into the headphone output of the keyboard and then use it to my cellphone? (without using the one you plugged in first)

Yes. If you have the right cable. I just used an adapter.

This is risky. Yiu can at least brduge the connection using a soundcard like v8s. I have seen people try using soundcqrds with their dslr/mirrorless cams here on youtube.
