It amazes me that a banjo made in China can sound this great!? And for such a great price!!! I wouldn't hesitate to play this on stage anywhere.

Sounds great. Thanks for getting out the capo and giving us a sample of what the banjo sounds like in different keys.

Do you know the names of the first 2 songs he picked in the video? It's driving me crazy!
@bryanhaywood18 жыл бұрын
+j0hnhaney I'm not sure either. The first one is familiar. The second one is new to me I believe. Robby can tell you.

Earl’s version of “John Henry was”. I just bought one of these and am glad to put it lightly. I also prefer not having the postage stamp headstock. I put a Snuffy Smith bridge on it 10 minutes ago and again it will require a night to settle; these are banjos with real personality I kid you not; just exceptional. Talk about bang for a buck, this is a Stelling for a lousy 1240 Euros from Keiran Moloney in Galway Ireland who went so many extra yards he’s two inches shorter God luv him. This banjo outplays anything I have held the timbre just beautiful and response on high frets better than any other banjos bar a Stelling with almost nothing in it between them. Thanks RK and thank you Keiran Moloney of Moloney music Galway for being a mensch not only with the best price but without anything even approaching short comings on service; he worked hard to do everything perfectly he truly deserves a plug. I can’t thank him enough. It’s a dream come true type pan with real character.

What's the name of the first 2 songs he picked after the intro??
@gcsspector6 жыл бұрын
First song (before the intro) is "Little Girl of Mine in Tennessee" next song (just after his thumb pick gets hung up) kinda sounds like "Rebecca" at first, but I'm not 100% sure about that one. Next song is "Blackjack".

Even the case has one of those neat sprung spongy handle that are like walking barefoot in merino shag pile carpet on the hand. Like the Banja the case is miles beyond “just adequate”. It even has a Velcro adjustable machine head support wedge plus a top one that grabs the headstock to stop it jumping about in there, plus what seems a two foot!!! String box. I even can fit my drum dial and 40 packets of strings a bug out pack, a spare automatic and 200 rounds in there: Just kidding but it’s a BIG compartment for all your stuff like tools snare keys and sundrie the case kicks goal just like the instrument.
