I was only a little surprised by Loggins & Messina. I was always a fan as well. Regatta De Blanc is my favorite Police, and I did Wings Wild Life, too. " Love Is Strange" is excellent and the best rendition of the song, ever ! Cool vid Richie 🎵

Great list of records. I'm definitely up there in the 100s range with that Angry Samoans record you showed, and another ep they had. Also the first two Circle Jerks, Damaged, Descendents and a few others. Fear. Just because I used to hear them during the day while skating and in the evenings hanging out at people's apartments. My three favorites of the ones you showed are Rastaman Vibration (saw Bob and the Wailers twice live here in NYC) and Back From Samoa (have corresponded with Metal Mike over the years, His is a big collector of vinyl) and Greatest Hits Vol 1 (when i had published my article on the 15 best punk albums of all time, this Cockney Rejects Vol 1 was one of the 15. And Vol 2 is just as good and contains IMO their greatest song Oi Oi Oi) Love your Dickies shirt.

I don't think I've ever played any of my records 100 times because I have so many but I've certainly heard many, many over-played tracks 100 times or more on those tired, moldy oldie rock radio stations! I certainly don't need to hear any more "Stairways To Heaven" or "The Walls" or ANY AC/DC EVER again and be very happy! Most of those common, average LPs you play 100 times or more aren't even allowed in my collection!

It is harder now to listen to an album 100 times. The Foxygen, Diane Coffee, and Courtney Barnett make it because of also listening to them on CD in the car and streaming them on bandcamp in the backyard.

Ramones "Brain Drain" & "Subterranean" are easily two records I've heard over 100 times. Alice Cooper's "Billion Dollar Babies" would be another one. Ya got me with "Imagine". Right on! Possibly the first Sabbath record? I get what you're saying about Pink Floyd. Us old school Metallica fans felt the same way about the "Black" album. What do you think about Aerosmith's "Come Together"? Ooooooooooohhh, Joan Jett's "I Love Rock "N' Roll " would be another of mine. Your Cramps choice is cool. I like the earlier stuff better but "Flamejob" was impeccable. You have fantastic taste my good sir!

I have hundreds of albums I played hundreds of times especially Punk & Metal. That Angry Samoans album I know I played at least 500 times but probably more. Now you influenced me again to do a video. I been slacking. Maybe I'll break it up into 3 or 4 videos since there are so many different genres of music I've heard over a hundred times.

Coincidence? I think not. I started thinking about record albums I've played more than one hundred times, and the first one I came up with was The Mothers of Invention's 1967 album "Freak Out". About ten seconds after that thought entered my brain, you show "Mothermania", The best of The Mothers of Invention. The second album I thought of was Little Richard's "Here's Little Richard" on Specialty Records. You make collecting records fun.

@@joaquimgomes4507 I have intentionally been listening to records I haven’t played in a while. After listening to the record if I’m not blown away, I ask myself if I’m going to want to listen to it again. If the answer is no I purge it. Some I don’t get through. I purge those.

yes, it is my favorite one too ,the first but sounds amazing today, "how do you sleep" than "paul mcartney"we know it was directed to paul mcartney it looked funny how you said it, yes,i´m laughing now likeAHAHAHAH!!! not LOL, wings but no souce! i prefer medle and the compilations relics and atom heart mother and how about ibiza bar and the nile song in More ost film by barbet schoeder and i never saw that in Ibiza and spent my summer´s there from 68 to 78 ,looked like heaven on earth and only a litle fishing village.Devo were amazing live or in studio, police was incredible till ghost in the machine, yes old Police concerts were incredible, from squeeze only liked in 80 or 81 the hit single is that love and some cool about cats but no longer remenber where i heard it, b-52´s a great band, rock lobster made it great, funny tastes you have,nice video

i have records played over hundreds of times and new bought ones sound much worst than older ones, i think being over 70 years old and remenber being 28 and think that one day records would stop sounding good but not one sounds worst and much better than re-re-re-remasterized versions but not a litle better ,like cheap cassette recording and tdk ma-XG quality in old records, this if recorded in the cheapest deck for sale like a sony and a pioneer CT-95 with a tdk ma-xg known to be the best metal tape ever made by all quimical engeniers and audio publications till the late 90´s ,being the older editions and a sony HF recorded in a new under 100€ in the 90´s from Sony the new re-materized editions that can´t replay the guitar sound recorded in studio at the time ,now all is snake oil, SL-1000GR more than 5.000€ , i prefer to buy 3 mint mercedes 300D and offer them to my grandsons ,when younger the best to take girls was the 68 280S now it´s the w124 300D
