Hi bro i have code43 problem i seen your video of this topic also but when i am start my pc in safe mode the display driver uninstaller

Is not opening it says user THE file cannot be accessed by the system. What should I do please help

But in normal mode i can open the program you said

Open safe mode with network else install the program in normal mode and then launch your safe mode to run the program

Do you run it in admin mode? Go to the directory, Right click on the file and choose run ad admin ..
