My name is Dan from Western Pa. USA. I have been tossed around from many Doctors, Chiropractor s Therapists and youtube Genius’s. My Xrays and MRI. For years has shown 2 directions of Scoliosis no cushion between all vertebrae and a formally broken T 12. The degeneration has had me frozen up completely till now. Your videos have freed my bound up 69 year old body. Im in physically in great shape, strong but couldn’t get my spine free. When i did 3 of your videos several times, i got a sensation up and down my spine that made my eyes water. FREE AT LAST, Nice to know i now have a chance

Thank you. I love these short t teaching videos. They have helped me. I am 85. I hope to learn a daily morning routine so I can continue taking care of myself in my own home. It helps me to learn a little at a time. I had a hyper extension injury to my left knee 15 years ago. My left leg seems to be shorter than my right. Since I have been doing some of your movements I do not have knee pain or as much swelling, unless I walk on cement, down hill. Then my left knee feels like it goes out of joint. It is painful & swells for a couple of days. I cannot do floor lessons because I cannot get up. I live alone. Thank. You.

Thank you Taro. Practice show me that I am depending much more on moving from my back not my hips.. 😢

Your hip mobility challenge was great and I refer to it periodically. I still have a little area that's unclear.. sometimes I am clear like when I am picking things up from floor, but this movement here I am not as clear. Perhaps sensei you can demonstrate what it looks like when you use lower back as your pivot point. I know it's subtle but visually clear? I still, coming from doing yoga etc, find myself going for bigger range of motion. But I learned from you that it's not so important when it comes to retraining your brain. I should be ok just noticing the difference between two legs as far as the range goes. I feel there's bone on bone feeling on my weaker side so I found myself forcing it a bit. Retraining thinking patterns has definitely been part of my Feldenkrais journey with Iwamoto sensei. Also I wished I could pay $20 or 25 and get like instruction highlights from the new hip mobility challenge. Maybe as you keep doing challenges, sensei, you develop insights and come up with revised content here and there. Maybe hip mobility challenge graduates can either do a new challenge with 10/15% off or pay through patreon maybe $20 or something for a curated few videos from the new challenge as sort of a "upgrade content" for past graduates. I know it's maybe too complex for too little monetary reward..but it's a thought.. 😅

I can’t do this exercise on the floor. I am not flexible enough in my legs (ham strings). I can only do this sitting. Is it still helping me if I do this sitting on a chair or ball?

That’s great! 👍😃 I am always scared of spine movement because my intolerance of sheer loads in the lower back. So I am quite stiff and tend to minimize spine movement like it is recommend for loaded squats for example, even though I never do loaded squats just normal squats. But during this exercise / movement pattern, a slight movement of the discs is intended, correct?
