i just use a precision screwdriver (or very tin screwdriver or any price of metal that fits into the groove) to act as a chisel and a small hammer (or wooden block ... doesn't need much force ) to hit the back of the screwdriver with the front in the groove where the wire has broken off... gently tap then the wire usually pops up (or rolls sometimes if I am lucky) rather than put in acetone again or using the blade as you do here (taht is actually a better idea...lol... i am usually doing a few things at once (or someone needs the foils soon to use) so try to do this as fast as possible) ..
