The end-goal of the exercise at the beginning is to ground oneself in one’s own body, and practice awareness of one’s own body (since the average person typically does not have that). By practising mindfulness (of which being aware of one’s own body and the signals it is sending is the first step), you also begin to actually focus more on the personal problems and interpersonal issues that you may have, as most people believe that simply earning enough money, getting a better house, or flashier car will help solve those problems, when in truth, all the answers lie within oneself, but introspecting and journeying within to find them is the hard part. So even if you are not able to immediately understand which relationships you are having trouble with, try to focus on the objective of the exercise, which is to become more acquainted with how you feel, and what may be making you feel that way. The answers for the relationship questions will come soon enough the more you do this.
