Ensure TPM is enabled and functioning via tpm.msc, and enable it in BIOS/UEFI if necessary. Verify your boot configuration by enabling Secure Boot and resetting the bootloader using bcdboot C:\Windows /s C: /f UEFI, and check for disk errors with chkdsk /f /r. Temporarily suspend and resume BitLocker in the Control Panel or disable and re-enable it after updating your BIOS and drivers, especially for the chipset and storage. If hardware changes triggered the issue, reconfigure BitLocker.

two issues with the method of formatting the drive with command prompt: 1, you need to type in "diskpart" before doing it otherwise it just gives you an error, dont know why. 2, is that it?? like you just selected the volume. is there something im missing?? what do i do after selecting the volume?

From there, try Startup Repair or System Restore, and if necessary, use Command Prompt to run repair commands for the boot configuration. If none of these options work, consider resetting your PC while choosing to keep your files or remove everything..

Hello! I bought from the Fleamarket one Microsoft Surface 4 pro tablet with the broken display. When I start it on the lower part of the screen I see BitLocker word, it`s a single part of display which show something. if I connect an external display on the display port, this didn`t show anything.
