Ok, I didn’t have the patience to watch the whole video… idk if you’ve tried it, anyways I check my email on my phone and it’s not the same as using a laptop… instead of using the app I opened my outlook using safari and when I click to free space I saw emails from 2017! I can’t see any of these emails using the app, but I’ll do it using the laptop, because I’m having to check each email and you have to clean the trash as well, the app shows it empty and it has almost a thousand emails to check! I still have lots of emails to delete! Good luck!

My issue has popped up several times on my iPhone throughout the last few years and I think it starts with. I start getting a pop-up asking me to verify my credentials or username and password, but I can hit cancel and it stays right on my page and I can keep moving along up until I finally figure out that I’m not getting new emails, and the reason I click cancel is because I have so many different accounts and emails. I would always forget my password and be off by like one digit or one letter, and didn’t want to dive into it at the moment and try to recover. So operating from my iPhone 14. I don’t see where I can go into sign in again do I have to do it from the computer? Thanks

If you’ve forgotten the password, use the “Forgot Password” option from the email provider to reset it. Once updated, open the Mail app to confirm emails are syncing. If you’re still facing issues, delete and re-add the account via Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.

@@RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware I figured out what was happening but I don't know why it was happening. Emails being sent to me were being routed to my blocked senders list. I just moved them to the safe senders list, which fixed the issue. Why this was happening I don't know. They were all friends of mine and they were put in the blocked list without me doing it.

I should say email addresses somehow got into my blocked list without my knowledge, The other day my bank was trying to send me a security login code. After an hour with their computer specialist he gave up and so did I trying to fix the problem. When I hung up with him I had a WAIT A MINUTE moment and sure enough it was routed to that list.
