Recovery of Dehavilland Turbo Beaver by Landing Craft "Inlet Raider"

Timelapse video of the "Inlet Raider" picking up a seaplane that got a hole in a float during take-off. Not able to fly because the prop was damaged as well.

The downfall to a lcm, the list when using the crane over the side. Still badass!

Every boat or barge or LCM with a crane lists over with a load on the crane. Maybe we should trade our crane for a tiny one so it doesn't list.
