As a sceptic I can truly say these methods really work. I felt both lifted and relaxed after completing them. Thank you.

I came across your channel looking for a video for the Basic Spinal Energy Series and what a great channel! I really like your calm, compassionate and direct teaching style. You make the technology so accessible. I just did this change your frequency exercise and I feel much better than I did 15 minutes ago. Thank you so much. 😊

Hello someone told me about this and I'm so amazed. I have one question do you have to sit like that because i can't with a total knee replacement. Yes there any other ways it can be done?

I discovered this video about 2 weeks ago. It has helped me have a focused energy before an audition. It has assisted me when I feel burned out because of being a server in a restaurant. I have been doing it daily. Tommy, you mentioned there are plenty more breathe work exercises. Where do you teach that? May I purchase the video on the many techniques of breathe work? Thank you. Sat Nam.

Wow ... My results were the feeling of being Totally sleepy. I just wanted to cover up and go straight to bed. I didn't feel negative at all but super super tired. I will definitely be coming back to do this regularly because I have been very broken for very many years over a decade actually, and my frequency has been as bad humanly possible without actually committing suicide.

There was an instant almost cold feeling in brain behind eyes but on a good way guessing that's the vibration?

I have a question. What exactly is supposed to be vibrating? When you speak of frequency, frequency of what? From a physics perspective, are you saying your breathing technique raises the frequency of phonons or photons in your body or something? It doesn't seem like your breath would affect that, Or are you saying you're causing your heart to beat at a higher frequency? Or that your brain waves are at a higher frequency? What would you measure that would be at a higher frequency (never mind if an instrument exists to measure it)? Thanks!

Everything is energy and frequency, with meditation and yoga, we can change our mind and body to create frequency levels, we need to shift our life, or we’ll stock it forever.
@swamp_dizzle44048 ай бұрын
@@shirinchavoushian2616 I see you don’t know what you’re talking about, or didn’t actually read my question. It’s disappointing trying to have meaningful conversations when people just throw around buzz words like “frequency” or “energy” without actually conveying any real information. “Frequency levels” aren’t a thing that can be created in and of themselves. Frequency is a characteristic of certain oscillatory or periodic systems - like clocks, pendulums, mass on a spring, acoustic resonances and so on. If you’re talking about “frequency levels” but cannot describe any physical action or phenomenon that they pertain to, then your statements are meaningless.
