Wow, what a beautiful experience. I can tell even by the way Tommy is experiencing it, that he is feeling that rush and “buzz” of aliveness as well. Couple that physical hum with the vocalization, you can really feel the body vibrating at the end. The final prayer was great. Thank you so much for sharing your gift for those in recovery that are still learning how to stay present with our bodies. Yoga is becoming a big part of my success story. :) Still got a long way to go, but your final prayer pretty much says it all.

I was so shocked when I saw the exercice at 4:04. I am doing this exercise since a few month to strenghten my belly muscles. And all that time I was sad because here in Germany I have no teacher to teach me about sadhanas, but it seems I was doing it all along.

I have so much muscle tention at the left side of my body and i dont know how if i am able to clear that up. Youre practice helps me to calm down and get in to the body. I still dont know if these movements are good for my body but i do it. Sometimes it seems so helpless.

Hello Tommy, thank you for the video. May i ask you something: is it necessary to do the same Krya every day for 40 days? I have for myself a feeling that i want to change at least every few days to change the body areas which are trained. I as hatha yoga teacher learned there is no right or wrong in yoga practice. So i guess there is nothing wrong with changeing the Kryas, right? May you have a wonderful day 🙌

I had gotten my back and hip, hip flexor pain to subside. My wife found you in some program and began doing your videos to help her with her pain and it's working for her so I tried this video. I did it several days in a row and now all my hip flexor, hip and back pain are back I've never been able to sit across legged on the floor well and now it hurts. I did not try to go crazy doing the video either I tried to do it as gently as possible. Any suggestions because I do like your way of speaking (you don't put me to sleep like most do).

Hi John, Please try the practice in a chair. Feet flat on the floor. You will get full benefit and be less stressful on lower spine, hips, etc. Also, you could try to remain on the ground except place a bolster underneath you to lift your hips up to the height of your knees. Finally, if after trying these adjustments, this practice still aggravates your body, then please look for another pratice. WHAT IS GOOD FOR ONE PERSON IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD FOR SOMEONE ELSE. This is my 3rd day doing this and I feel absolutely amazing after. Of all yoga I have tried kundalini for me is the most connected one. Does anyone know the names of the kriyas he is doing and what they work on in terms of body organs and energy centers. I like to imagine that while I do each.

Aleksandra Doncheva The Kriya here is referred to as the Breakfast of Champions. It can also be referred to as the Kriya for Navel and Heart. The first several exercises are working primarily the 3rd Chakra -Navel Center. The next few are working the 4th Chakra - Heart Center.
