Interesting question. Short answer: not until now. It's cool, but won't fit in the series imo. Long tangent: In STS, the population of 10,000 can be reduced when someone dies through non-natural means (i.e. NOT dying through old age, diseases, etc), but it can't be increased cuz no sexo. This makes every death case way rarer and more important there than it is in our world (it's already a big deal here) Having someone who can revive the dead would make dying lose all its meaning and people wouldn't fear it anymore. of course the necromancer can be evil and stuff but it'd still make dying look POSSIBLE to dodge. In case you meant a zombie type of necromancer; with the above explanations, it'd suck ass to be a necromancer cuz there's barely anyone to bring back from the dead to do your bidding lol.
