Actually low fat milk and yogurt have less vitamins and omega fatty acids making them much less nutritious. You don’t have to go crazy with low fat, it’s the processed sugars people need to limit. Whole Foods are normally much better for your body and more nutritious.

If you’re in a cut and seeking a caloric deficit, milk fat is incredibly unhelpful. Vitamins and fatty acids don’t help lose weight if you’re not in a deficit. Fat adds a ton of calories, but nonfat Greek yoghurt has a ton of protein and a little carbs

Ah oh ya, to add on, the 5 days rule is applicable to fruits-based yogurt drinks. :) If you're making the purple rice one, perhaps keeping it to 3 days maximum will be great!
