When the ingredient lists says 'butlyene glycol' are they also refering to glycolic acid? Without a solubIizer like the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil included in your formula (for the vitamin E), would this need to be shaken before each use?

I didn't use vitamin E as many of the extracts had antioxidant benefits, but yes, you would need to if you include any oil components
