There is nothing flattering, elegant or sophisticated about an unfitted, oversized trench coat on a woman. Endless online youtubers cannot stop adding a trench coat to their fashion looks. All these youtubers take great pride in modeling you these trench coats unbuttoned in a pose that no person makes in everyday living. Yes, I stand somewhere with my trench coat open and with my hand in my jean pocket and my knee slightly bent. As we can see from the youtuber showing the back of the trench coat, it is long, extremely loose fitting and looks messy. This oversized, unfitted trench coat faze that seems to persist year to year goes along the same line as the oversized sweater tucked in the front but left loose in the back. The models always look great from the front with the carefully tucked in sweater and open trench coat, but from the back it looks like a hot mess. In real life people view you from the front and from the back. Seeing the backside of the trench coat on the youtuber, the normal person would be asking why they didn't buy the right size or have it tailored. Just a thought on having now seen enough trench coats on KZbin and Instagram to last a lifetime and not one of them looks good from behind. Come on women, we can do better than this. Take pride in your clothing not for just how it looks from the front view but how it looks from the back view. "John Emary, a tailor in Mayfair, developed the first known trench coat-like garments in the 1850s for soldiers in the Crimean War. Emary's "Wrappers" were water-repellent, breathable, and less smelly than the original rubberized cotton raincoats." (from google search engine).

@@MachelleChatwin-dg1rx Not everyone has to agree on what to wear, that’s the beauty of fashion! I personally like an oversized trench coat, but if you don’t that’s totally fine - we don’t need to put others down for their choices 🙂
