We attempted to recreate David Beckham's free kick vs Greece, Ronaldo's knuckball against Portsmouth and Roberto Carlos' outside of the foot screamer against France!

Yeah, went into it with a different technique. Ronaldo generates the knuckle ball by simultaneously leaning over the ball to generate down force and hitting a lower point on the ball to lift it. He uses laces for power and a slight hint of outside the foot for side swerve. You put all these together in just the right ratios and you get crazy lift/dip and swerve.

I like how he shoots these knuckleballs like they are nothing but when he should shoot an easyer technique ( out side the foot courve / reverse courved) he could not do it. But still a great video and effort much resspect from me you are a legend

What people dnt know is back thn the ball was the reason why so many players could score such knuckle ball, this volley ball type of balls were introduced in 2006 wc but later banned back to old types of football because of complaints from keepers After the ball was replaced c ronaldo freekicks scoring numbers declined
