i think this effect shouldn't be use normal scale, because at the end of scaling, you have to push more value scale to archived the results which is not right. My solution is use camera 3D zoom, it'll fix everything, beside that you can make it more like 3D space, more depth.

Great note! Going to try this- not super familiar with 3D in AE so i tried to make it as user friendly as possible. Can’t wait to try this tho- Appreciate it 👏

LOVE this video. Hate the term "AI" getting thrown around these days, (as that literally doesn't exist yet), but I digress. lol

Great tutorial! Everything is spot on.

I believe your zoom would look better if you change the scale keyframes to exponential scale, that will take some time off in the tweaking of the graph, but we can't really beat Ai in terms of working speed.

Only problem is, there's no parallax between scenes and it ruins the experience.

Great tutorial! Crazy how easy it is for AI to create these things 😮

Love the tip about creating mask using auto trace! Will save me some time in the future! and for the zooming effect, there is a good workflow to automate the scaling process at this video here kzbin.info/www/bejne/f4XdY6mkfq99Z9E (Warning: AI involved)

Agree - learning that auto trace tip made me immediately share this video with some fellow animators.

Does BenQ PD3205UA monitor has the usual desktop stand too? Or it has only Ergo stand? Waiting for the reply, Thanks!

The first time I saw this effect was in Limitless (the movie with Bradley Cooper) they used the same technique as done here, the more layers you ad the better it will look. You can also combine ai and After effects, for example you do the whole animation in AE, then export the finished video, then use something like Runway Ai on Warp Diffusion to convert the finished video into another style like anime, Lego etc..

If they can't even figure out how lav mics are used, you may want to find a different tutorial

Is it possible to do this with videos? Like the limitless movie intro. Not that complicated but similar where lets say the trees moving on the side or carspassing on the road just not in the middle.

This was really cool. I use AI all the time, but not generative fill. I appreciate your human-executed creation and process so much more. Thanks for sharing this!
