Construction is tough right now in the UK due to a lot of contractors who’ve gone bust and more will follow . Plus , the candidates can be very flaky

I've finally bite the bullet and started recruitment, but all I really know is hospitality. But it's not proving to be a good sector to recruit in, I've known this but i didn't think i would be this difficult to get a client (plenty of candidates though). So I'm going back to the drawing board.

no sector is easy and all sectors are good sectors as long as you can make a sale. You need to be consistently speaking with clients and getting vacancies. Hospitality is probably a great sector to work in due to the huge turn around and battle for the pound coin. Speaking with bar managers would be better in my opinion then speaking with corporate hiring managers but I wouldn't know. All the best.

Kadz, I'm in IT, and finding clients is very challenging as it is super saturated. You mentioned go small to bring in some revenue, so how do I shift to small placing into help desk, or it support when my business doesn't speak to that?
