Excellent vdo lecture worth praising as a professional in my views bt.I would like to add apart from ur.tips maam self awareness nd desire to learn,time management, networking nd research nd analytical skills do impact the the positions nd processes in brief though it is a broad field.S select few individuals seem to show vision nd value nd entrepreneurial tendencies.Most staff do not show any such qualities.It is limited to abt.two out of 10 or even less so in such cases 360degree tools r useful in terms of HR competency in brief.personnel management nd Administrative skills r vry.imp.apart from the related topic as it is a important fact nd vry.essential too in nutshell as a professional in my views.Proper execution of skill can not be ignored related to the topic.Vry.Inspiring nd outstanding Lecture overall.Thanx👍👍
