What is the difference between 'Sale Deed' and 'Conveyance Non-Metro/UA' noted in Encumbrance Certificate (EC) 2. Measurement in FMB sketch is not matching with Registration document (Pathiram) and Patta is not available, In this case What will the Government Surveyor refer it to measure land area 3. Land is available in the name of my late Grandfather (Only Pathiram available, No patta), and Partition deed is also not done, Now the neighbouring land owner is trying to occupy my land, Please advise me for this situation, What can I do? Yes you can do . Request surveyor with letter that you are the legal heir . But try to get Legal heir ship certificate at the earliest.

My grandfather property. He is the first owner , land registered in 1985 and in the original land registration document survey number is mention 4 . And now we go to court for our family partition and get the final partition degree in that court order also we mention same survey number 4. But now when we approach Thaluka office for patta they telling survey no is 5. They also issued patta for survey number 4. Now survey no 5 so they are not issuing patta. They what us do rectification. But for my uncle portion they issued patta for in survey no 5 in 2017 without any rectification. But now they are not issue. Pls help how we need to solve. We consult one lawer for rectification deed but he is telling only 1 year time limit for rectification from the date of registration. Pls help how we solve this issue. Please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
