This is how I tore my retinaculum (band around ankle basically) over the years of repetitive sprained ankles and now I have partially dislocated peroneal tendons. Can’t walk, hike, or run on any uneven surfaces and basically can’t do most sports unless I want an surgery. At least when I am careful I can still enjoy some sports luckily. Do not be like me! Kids, never underestimate ankle injuries! It’s not worth it. Listen to advice in this video!
