Watching you create this toys is AMAZING. It awakens something inside me that just craves for some kitbashing and painting and all that jazz. I'm a huge Gunpla aficionado and I tend to just build them and just panel line them a lil bit and I'm done, except for a few "details" in silver with a metallic sharpie. But seeing what you make out of some parts and creativity... man... I need to try something like this one of these days. Keep up the awesome content!

Dave, Happy New Year! I do like the bigger arms too, looks great. Wathching these videos got me into Final Faction. I pick those up when I can. I get lots of ideas from you like the guitar string to use in builds and also the magnets for the arms, so cool. I think I am going to actually try this particular project and see how it goes. I just like that you can take the arms off and stuff, and open and close it for the battery. Thanks so much for the ideas Dave! I also am into making toys out of recylced things, very much so! Great result as always, Doc 😉👍 Maybe i would have connected the gun to another arm cut at elbow's height... 🤔 I was also wondering why you don't use something like lego free-movement ball-joints to give arms and legs a bit more pose range... 🤔
@DRToysCreations Жыл бұрын
I totally see what you're saying, that could be cool! Because I'm cheap I normally use what I have on hand, at my work I hit up the electrical engineers for the recycled components and scavenge the magnets so I dont have to buy anything. But I'm guessing I could find the lego joints online for a reasonable price... I'll have to look into that. But long story short... I'm cheap! 😅
