We found the oldest canned food that I once tried in Berchtesgaden in the basement of the Jäger barracks. 1943 Wehrmacht iron ration beef in aspic. We were there as soldiers on an officer's course in 1989 and the canned food was absolutely fine and tasted really good (but we were drunk at the time anyway)

Sorting Truck Load of Scrap for Extra Value like Alu - S/S - Copper - Wires etc and maybe the odd Equipment that still works - some maybe OK for the next Flea ! Yes - they sold in Hamburg in the early 1950's American WW II Rations and us Kids loved them - Years after the War they were still good to eat !!!! The Cat may be a Good Mouse - sser !!!! Army ration pack from world war two we come across them when taken old ammunition out of a storage bunker I heated the steam pudding and the gravy was lovely they sell them in Russia still

I think the elephants with their trunks up in the air are more valuable than the ones that are hanging down to the Earth. They're harder to keep from being broken off and that is one reason there's less of them. There are some elephant collectors that only collect the ones with their trunks up or down so I've heard. They were always a good seller for me in the past.

I've eaten lots of expired canned food, but I don't do it anymore after I got sick as f*** after eating a can of gullash that was 10 years past the expiration date. It was the worst case of food poisoning I has ever had - it was almost ! 🤢

@@ScrapFarm Forget the dumpsters - most big companies have so much junk it's insane - be the "before we call a dumpster" guy. It's just a step up - no biggie - same gig, bigger loads. Offer to pay - 1c on the dollar usually satisfies the accountants on the "Can we do this??" front. $50 dollar days become $1500 days - or even $15k days. "It can't be done!!" - oh fcuk yes it can. :-) They have stuff they want shut of too.

Those folding metal Saw horses are convenient I ended up with 12 - 15 sets so each crew had 2 or 3 sets for setups I probably should have a big tool sale I have multiples of most tools but people don't want to pay anything for them....I have a cheaper metal brake for aluminum metal coil stock it was around 1500.00 new still in great shape but had a couple stupid offers below 400 bucks I told the guy have sexual intercourse with his self and just took it off market place I will strip it down and sell it for aluminum before I take a low- low-ball price if it's only 40 bucks.
