Recycling Pick-Up on the Tight & Hilly Streets of Silver Lake!

In this video you'll see 37036 doing recycling on some very nostalgic Silver Lake streets to me. Again, I used to come to this area as a kid with my family to help my grandmother clean the houses that she used to do here on Thursdays whenever I had time off of school. I of course would take advantage and go out to see the trucks do the streets I was on and sometimes follow them for a while up these hilly streets. It was long overdue to get some actual footage of collection on these streets, so this video and the other one I filmed means a lot to me. I do have future plans to come back here and get more as I want to cover as much of these Silver Lake streets as possible. There is something about the greenery of this area combined with the hilly streets, any garbage is fun to film here!
It's too bad that most of the carts in this area is rehrig now. I remember there being tons of those one lined green zarns with the black lids, one lined black and green ottos, especially in 65 gallon, older style one lined rehrigs, and so on. There are just a few interesting carts here and there so I guess that's good. Also, looks like this truck is named "Lucky 7", very cool name and signage there!

Lol well North Central is filled with nice areas. I filmed another video there this past Thursday. Still have future plans to keep coming back, lots of super cool streets to cover! Yeah it is a shame!
