Recycling / Puinbreken / Granulaat bij De Boer Burgum.
Granulaat Shovelen op de Puingroeve in Sumar. Onlangs nam ik weer een kijkje bij de “Grondstoffen Recycling Burgum” in Sumar. Een mobiele rupskraan stortte grove brokken beton / tegels / steen / en bouwpuin in de trechter van de puinbreker. Met een zeefmachine werd het materiaal er op de juiste fractie uit gezeefd. Te grote stukken werden via een transportband opnieuw naar de trechter gebracht om nogmaals te breken. Het grove puin ging in vlot tempo door de vergruizer die het verwerkte tot een fijn meng / granulaat. Met een shovel werd de nieuwe grondstof in de opslag gebracht.

I recently took a look at the “Grondstoffen Recycling Burgum” in Sumar. It was very busy there again. A mobile crawler crane dumped coarse chunks of concrete / tiles / stone / and building rubble into the funnel of the rubble crusher. A screening machine sieved the material out to the right fraction. Pieces that were too large were brought back to the funnel via a conveyor belt to be crushed again. The coarse rubble went through the crusher at a rapid pace, which processed it into a fine mixture / granulate. The new raw material was brought into storage using a shovel.
