There were 2 days of storms when I arrived in North Almeria a month ago. My belongings arrived 4 days later and the driver joked about seeing no rain or damage. However, after the run off from the mountains, the 2 roads accessing my house (rambla and concrete) are impassable after becoming rivers nearly a week afterwards. Thankfully, a farmer is allowing access via his field. Nothing like Valencia.

Hi Chris!!Glad you and yours are ok.I never thought it was going to flood this bad.What a huge disaster.Im getting scared to move there.I better get flood insurance for house and car.Keep safe because i hear its not going to be over soon.

Great to see your OK Chris. It wasn't so long ago that you were talking about the drought and the need for rain but this and what they had in Valencia is just so extreme and dangerous. But is this normal Chris for Spain or would you say this is more to do with Climate Change?
