all athletes have been flying absolutely outstanding today. Biggest performance today presented Pal, crossing on a own, very tricky route, crossing two lakes....

I've been watching the VR feed. the one thing I haven't been able to get a sense of is the weather and the wind conditions. Obviously the best way to watch this epic race is via the full race video that will appear on KZbin in 8 months time. But it would be good if it was daily. I guess that would require a bigger budget.

it’s not boring! yes we all want more aerial footage but comments are interesting and a veteran like Gavin is awesome to have. one thing you could do is show a sped up livetrack with comments on each route. another thing is a weather analysis of the day and the next.😘

This is by far my favorite sport event but reporting this year seems to be a real struggle… and all those GPS malfunctions that still occur showing athletes at zero altitude for hours rendering the 3D tracking useless… the icons in the 2D tracking are oversized by a mile and look like they from the 80s, etc Hard to understand how Redbull cannot pull together a better race coverage and live tracking… even the Salewa collection lacks complete inspiration… I used to buy something from the race collection but not this time… on the flip side the Athletes are throwing an amazing show. Best x-alps ever for me!

The race is now over and Chrigel won again, as usual, Strong winds is his favorite weather condition and he is always risking his life for winnig this - this is hard beat.
