Hey guys, if this doesn’t work for you maybe try the port forwarding option. I originally did the port forwarding but it didn’t help, that is until I did the software update. So maybe try both and let me know how it goes.

I'm really starting to lose patience for RDO. I'm trying my best to enjoy myself but the only thing I come across are bugs, errors and glitches. The NPC's on the stranger missions not showing, quests disappearing, horses not showing up when whistling. Jesus Christ, Rockstar have seriously given the middle finger to this game's online community

I can't help their servers are dog shit and I get kicked when I'm at the end cutscene of a mission... oh but "it's a fault in my network connection" right...

you need to initalize your system (factory reset / format) good luck! then you should be able to update

its a force update to reinstall the latest version just incase the data is corrupted, it could be a part of the issue...just a guess. this is what worked for me, so i thought id share.

Your ps4 updates like once a month already, this doesn’t fix nothing I’ve had this problem over a year I can almost program a PS4 with how many technical fixes I’ve tried. I’m pretty sure the problem is on their end as the error states.

you are probably right but after port forwarding not working for me, a friend had me do this and bam it just worked so thats why i posted it. Honestly idk how it helps but i hated dealing with this problem and wanted to help others.

Dusk The Knight Yeah it sucks we wanna play but my friends and I don’t because of this, were scared we’ll find a legendary then get kicked just after skinning them then loose the skin. I managed to hunt one of the pigs and get my hat before it kicked me the other day, but yeah it really sucks I’ve tried everything besides buying a new router/modem and I’m not willing to spend money on a fix that most likely won’t work. I don’t see why rockstar don’t just try themselves to recreate the problem over and over and find good working fixes. I’m guessing they know what their doing that’s causing it but don’t care because of some reason unknown to us, like maybe their Building/testing it for ps5 but it’s causing backlash on the PS4. Or their doing some major remodeling on the servers software/hardware wise and it’s causing It. lol

Rebuilding data base should work aswell, I make fallout 76 trade videos and blue screens appear alot and rebuilding helps for the most part in crashes

Do me a favor and try to do the port forwarding method along with this method and see if that helps. you can look up port forwarding rdr2 it does require a computer with admin access to the wifi... good luck plz let us know the results
