This worked amazingly well! Less than 60 seconds of work and worked like a charm. Also the world became more alive! More NPCs, the cities were full like in Story Mode, and more random events spawned. After doing the map glitch (which unfortunately stopped after 9 tries), I also deleted the meta file to see if going back to Public will work. And it did! Thank you, thank you, thank you! No more encounters with crazed up modders lol

@@genmnation1246 I found the solution and it was caused by a rockstar social issue. I had to restart my computer.

@manoliplacourakis7582 yes when you delete the file you will be able to get back into a full lobby again but you will to delete from the x64 data file where you place it and it will work
