I'm so glad their story ended positively. Fun fact: According to the Red Dead wiki, Beau and Penelope were not the first Gray and Braithwaite to fall in love. The first Gray-Braithwaite romance was what started the feud to begin with. In 1806, Douglas Gray and Lucille Braithwaite fell in love. Lucille gave Douglas the location of a large amount of the Braithwaites' gold and she gave him permission to take it, and he did. He also stole gold from the Grays (his own family). He ironically used the money to fund the abolition of slavery (which both families relied on to build their empires). Both families believed that the other one stole their gold, and that started the feud. So there actually WAS gold.

You can also find their graves in Rhodes. They died more than 30 years after the letter, so I assume they lived a full life. I just wonder why they're burried in Rhodes, in the letter they say they want to move to Europe

Am I the only one who thinks that this mission was originally in Chapter 4 instead of Chapter 6? Here's from what I noticed : 1)From the dialogue, Arthur still had this greedy attitude of helping people and expecting something in return (usually money) 2)Arthur shows no sign of TB (chain coughing or suffocating mid-talking). 3)It wouldn't make sense for them to be leaving Rhodes this late after the gang killed most of their families in Chapter 3 and took them so long for them to be chased by their relatives and later leaving Rhodes. 4)This stranger mission is the only mission from Chapter 6 that suddenly spawns so far from the camp which is in southern Lemoyne(compared to Charlotte's, Downes', Obediah Hinton's and Hamish Sinclair's missions being a few horse riding distance from the camp) Lol never knew it would be this long but just my opinion. Bless to any of you who would grace me with your time reading this lousy comment from just a nobody who's got broken English. If you pay attention to dialogue in the missions with Sadie and Charles he explains how they moved around trying to strike it rich doing different things, like panning for gold up in Canada among other things.

Often during the mission your horse will kill itself running into the train. I had to reload my previous save twice because it happened and I didn’t want to lose my horse I’ve had since chapter 2 to BS that wasn’t my fault

Muzz For anyone curious, Tavish Gray (the father who has you steal the Braithwaite’s horses) kills himself. After the end of Chapter 3, you can find his body at the back of Caliga Hall, next to a letter which reveals why he committed suicide.

I used a different horse just for this mission, i know it's horrible to use a totem horse, but I didn't want to lose my beloved baby I had since chapter 2, i would cry if I lost her, because I can't get off the train and use horse revives on her. The totem horse was tamed right before this mission and I left my baby at camp because I was lucky to know that our horse may hit the train and die. Fortunately, my totem horse didn't die stupidly, so I sold him to a better owner.

Same here, I dunno, cuz I used cinematic camera in A Short Walk in a Pretty Town mission to save some time during Micah's walk to sheriff's office from the gunsmith, it helped me But in this mission, I failed timer objective in my first attempt, but I managed to do it second try, I was a bit faster

Personally, trains are like fast travelling for me during early game. For example, I did the flaco hernandez mission in chapter 4, to cut travelling times, I took a train from S. Denis to Wallace Station. Saved soo much time.

SPOILER By the time I did this mission I had already started to develop TB. At the end when Penelope offers what little she can (being the sapphire bracelet) I immediately declined it. That moment where Arthur whispers “that Braithwaite treasure” it made me think about how much we lost and how many we killed trying to get that treasure, that insignificant sapphire bracelet. Penelope and Beau needed it a lot more than Arthur did at that point anyway.
