Blurriness caused by the anti-aliasing, mod improves a bit but not a %100 fix. To get sharp visuals use 1440p or higher resolution and use dlss quality mode which gives clearer image compared to taa, and preferably use my mod (check out the screenshot comparison in the description)

What kind of graphics card are you using (Or at least how many Gb is it)? I need an upgrade. I have this mod, installed, looks great, except for my framerate. I obviously have a terrible graph. card for this (Sapphire Nitro+ 8 Gb, GDDR5). I can turn EVERYTHING up to ultra (@1920 x 1080) and I can get between 29 and 60 FPS, but when I match the specs of my TV (3160 x 2120...something like that...4K), the framrate drops to like 2 to 5 (I assume. it's terrible). I'm going to do a FULL upgrade on my PC (including Core i9 14900k 5.0 Turbo...F**k AMD!) What should I upgrade to?

I'm playing on 3070ti 8gb, i7 12700h, 32gb ram, 2tb ssd laptop. What gpu do you have? If you can, I recommend you to play at 1440p or higher resolution. Game looks blurry at 1080p. If your card is not supporting or not recommended to play with 4k you can try 1440p. Mod takes about 13 fps so it shouldn't be problem. Preferably you can use fsr quality. If budget is not going to be an issue you can wait for the 5000 series, if you're planning to get now, go for rtx 4080 or 4090. But I think amd is better than intel in terms of cpu. AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D (Ryzen 7 7800X3D for more budget option) and rtx 4080-4090 (7900 xtx nitro+ amd gpu is also good enough) would be a nice 4k gaming setup.

@@RESHADOW I'm using an RX 590 8 Gb. GDDR5 (gpu always running @ 100%), 2 Tb ssd (sata), 500 Gb. M.2 ssd (for Win. 11 and installations), core i9 9900k, desktop. I can play @ 3160, but i can't put everything on ultra (most things I can, if left at default). I will try 1440, because at 1080, yeah it's blurry, and up close, you can tell it doesn't process subsurface scattering. With this mod, even at 1080 it still looks vastly different than default without it, but yeah, I pumped it all the way up to ultra everything, and it looks amazing, it's just the framerate! Yeah, I can see the mod doesn't take very many frames on it's own (compared to without it), so I keep it on with the ReShade mod's settings on full blast. I am looking to upgrade to the 5000 (i have to save, but WORTH IT!), upping my memory (@ 32 Gb as well) to 128 Gb (motherboard is capable). i9 9900k to 14900k, another ssd (sata) @ 4tb (installs on 2 Tb, win 11 on 500 Gb, and everything else on 4tb). Thank you for your advice...I look forward to using some of it, starting with 1440 (2k) until then (hopefully this works)!

It's a 1080p ultra gpu, still solid though considering it's age (for a fact I played rdr2 on my old gpu rx580 8gb and blown away by game and the graphics), fps will be around 30-40 at 1440p with fsr balanced I believe. It's time to upgrade for higher resolutions unfortunately :( System you mentioned sounds like a beast though, wishing you the best

Are you serious? You can get 4k 60-70 fps easily with dlss quality. And with the mod it'll dip to 50 and that's only in extreme situations. There might be something wrong in your settings or your system
