This, for someone who doesn’t know about this type of thing, is astonishing. The detail and building up the colours. It’s a proper work of art.

Top class scenic modelling and video photography. I'm sure that others, like me, would love to have more information about the materials and supplies you use: for example, - the type of foam for the base, the electrostatic grass applicator, whether the paints are acrylic or artist's oils, adhesives etc. Do you always use balsa, or do you also use other types of wood for different grain effects? I realise that it would be an extra chore, but if you could include the information, either as subtitles or in the comments section, I'm sure it would be appreciated. Thanks and best wishes from the U.K.
@ExcessivelySentimental2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! The foam is from a sheet of insulation foam, the grass applicator is the Woodland Scenics Static King, all the paint is acrylic, I use a mixture of wood glue, Mod Podge and superglue. The wood on the base is bass wood but all the other wood is balsa. I will try to add a materials list in future videos.
