I just heard that and I liked hearing the IAE engine sound during takeoff. They sound very funny when they hum.

Good gracious! What was the incentive to fly in the middle of the night? Looking at your date of travel, am guessing you were making a pre-Christmas trip to visit family. Am thinking that the pilot used a 'reverse flow' on takeoff--most flights take off over the Pacific but looks as though you took off to the east but the rainy overcast didn't allow for confirmation. No doubt due to the time of night,no inflight service--seems long ago that the federal mask mandate was going on! Heard a woman's voice as you were walking to the car, a travel companion or somebody who met you at DFW. Due to your arrival time,we can be sure you didn't have to go to work that morning! :)

It was just a quick flight around the US, with 9 hours in L.A. to visit family. I was pretty suprised by the reverse flow, I wish there weren't that many clouds to have seen more. And yeah, a few more videos with the mask mandate. As per the person travelling with me was my mum, it was also a trip that I planned for her. Also, I did actually end up going to work some hours later.

and what is there to film? the flight path goes over mostly desert so it would just be complete darkness... You expect him to stay awake to film a few desolate towns?!?! let the man sleep.
