Absolutely true, Elizabeth 💯. Experienced many of them everywhere and did cut them off immediately once they were figured out. Healthy relationships are based in mutual trust and respect. Keep away from those who always want something from you but disappear when you need them the most.

Had a friend exactly like that, I used to wake up earlier in the morning just to hate her, hate her so much that it gave me energy 😅 I can let go of a lot of things but every time I see her which thankfully is few and far between.. that cycle resurfaces... I will never forget what she put me through.. but I'm a lot more equipped now to pick those kind of people out of a line up! Thank you Elizabeth

@ steady as she goes. I’m gonna do blood work next week and see how my blood looks. I’m selling some property and remodeling the house mom died in where I’m at now. Roberto once you know this narc stuff it completely changes how you see people. I like being alone it’s peaceful but I miss mom terribly bad. We were all the family we had. Expect nothing and trust no one. Sounds easy don’t it. On mom’s death bed she said. When I went back to school and became a nurse many of the women I hung out with stopped talking to me. I’m just like my mom, we always saw or thought good at everyone. There are givers, and takers. I’d want to be in the middle just to see if there was such a thing as the middle. But if my totally awesome mom who was solid as a rock never saw it? I should totally forget being a middle of the road man. We are so brainwashed and propagandized from childhood? We wouldn’t know it if it was in front of us. See the narc demon has to be above everyone. Even if they are lazy nasty perverted freaks. Your video about missing them is very accurate as I remember thinking. Well if I do this or that she’ll be cool. But once you know your dealing with the dark one? Staying in it is on YOU. The narc only comes to destroy. Heck? Looking back with sanity the sex wasn’t worth the destruction of everything in my life.
