In universe Reds more of a Legend and Myth, they said the universes arnt the same but yet they still connect. This is likely so they can set up another prequel and not have to follow the Story exactly because like most myths its based on truth but not exactly what happened. So it technically isn't connected but at the same time it is.

This is why I love videogames. It isn't all about going around shooting whoever you see, or committing heinous crimes... there's stories and characters and lore that fanbases of millions create to make the story more fleshed out, Revolver should've gotten more love and with this I love how its just a simple nod. Even Twin Rocks is in New Austin and Uncle makes comments about being "The one shot kid" which means there was a possibility that he was Red. I know Houser said they weren't connected, but how can it not when you have things like this? And even some NPC's referencing Brimstone (Town in Red Dead Revolver) Its fascinating to see shit like this, because it gives a chance that even though Revolver might have been a flop the developers still care for that game, and give references to it. I'd like to believe that Uncle is Red because of all the minor connections, it would make Uncle a more badass character and even make his death sadder than it was, knowing that he too was an infamous gunslinger, like the rest in rdr and rdr2... but in rdr3 (if that'll even happen) I'd hope all three maps can finally connect With New Austin, all of Rdr2 and Mexico. But maybe, just maybe they could add in the Revolver map too, we've never really gotten the chance to explore that map and I think fans would appreciate it

it looks similar except for the fact that the house in red dead revolver was on a mini plateau that was at least 12ft above the surrounding area so you would walk UP to it not DOWN to it. it also had a fence that wrapped around the house very close- not all spread out wide like that one. there was no barn like you see in RDR2, but there was actually a shed attached to the back of the house. around the aforementioned plateau there was a good sized creek that wrapped most of the way around it and a fence that guides you all the way down to it. I cant see the house very well but there’s supposed to be a foyer at the front of the house too.
