His backing vocals are AMAZING. The first solo is also very good! Now, we HAVE to talk about that last solo. That is one of THE MOST beautiful sequences of musical notes ever produced by mankind. Are the instruments prerecorded here? Or at least Chad? Watch him at these points 0:26 Throws in a fill on the crash, no sound. 1:17 when the camera cuts to John, the crash is moving like it was just hit and there's no sound before hand. 1:57 You can hear many cymbals being hit as though Chad is doing a fill but he's still playing the same beat on the hi-hat, snare and bass. 2:02 Still playing the same beat, but then throws in an extra hit on the snare in the sound, but you can't see him playing that. He doesn't change the regular pattern of the beat visually, but you can hear it in the sound. There are probably more, but I had to stop. It got to be too much, which really sucks cause I LOVE Live Off The Map
