If this album came out in ‘99 instead of Californication it would be blowing up … this new musical landscape has no ground zero.. everyone sources music from various streaming platforms yet vinyl sales have never been stronger. Weird how a generation of Napster rippers and single of the week music fans lack the patience and ability to comprehend a full album. This is a chapter in RHCP’s lives and I have a strong (hopefully) belief it’ll be the album of the summer !
