When I was a kid I heard John Denver sing Rocky Mountain High for the first time. I was entranced. I'd never heard such emotion expressed in music. You could FEEL it. Very few artists since have stopped me in my tracks like that, and you did that with The Only Time It Rains In Hollywood. I listened to it over and over trying to get it in my veins. That sorrow and desperation with the tiniest bit of hope still burning. This one stopped me in my tracks too. I feel this one in my soul. You make agony sound beautiful.

The whole video, lyrics, musical composition, etc are AMAZING, and this is a weird thing to find favorite to compliment but - thank you for getting good stunt riders! I hate to see horses jerked around in music videos for the "aesthetic" and it really does add to the Old West appeal to see a rider with the loose/giddyup rein style and good motion in the seat. i remember hearing SINS for the first time and thinking, "this is good, i need to hear more" and then RENO dropped and i heard Watch My Daddy Die and it was the first song i could truly relate to due to the absence of my father since i was 3 months old. within the span of 16 years ive struggled with mental issues and addiction and i find the lyrics of all of Red's songs to be catchy yet relatable.
