Gemini has Dual Native ISO at 800 and 3200. We should push Monstro close to 3200 for a fair comparison. (Gemini expected to have better performance as it has a larger sensor size per pixel: 6um vs 5um)

Gemini looks more flat and like mirrorless footage. While the monstro has a better depth of field in my opinion and looks more cinematic.

Nothing beats the GEMINI in LL at this level of quality. ❤️❤️

When u say ungraded/Untouched. Do you mean this footage is LOG3G10/RWG? It looks kind of like LOG.

Lol. This isn't a night battle, you're not pushing the gemini at ALL. In a situation where the gemini gets into low light mode, 5000 ISO, it is MUCH better than the monstro. Obviously you won't need that mode often, but that's kind of the point of the gemini.

nope, at the same ISO, Monstro has very very cleaner images, but also very darker... the Gemini sensor is great because of the improved sensitivity

Agreed. The Gemini should have blown the Monstro out of the water. This test isn’t scientific at all, and was done incorrectly. They should have been using the Gemini in Low Light Mode, at ISO 3200. They were using the Gemini in Standard Mode at ISO 800 (which is meant for daylight filming). So of course the Monstro would look better in comparison, since the Gemini wasn’t even used in its Low Light Mode.

Is monstro worth it? If the price difference was only say about 10k, which would you get?

Why you use the 35mm in the Gemini? The gemini have more crop factor

because an other lens would have a diffrent t-stop and low light perfomance i guess

very nice footage! gemini feels bad in lowlight compared to monstro, I thought it would be better..

Sure? In the most time, the Gemini use a lower ISO for the same result and I don't know if they guys are switching to the low light mode. But the money to looks very good. That's right 😎
