you set the ROEngine file to read only, that's why they are resetting every time, so either: 1) un-tick "read only" then set your settings in the ini file, save, then tick "read only" again 2) un-tick "read only" then go to your game, set the settings, close the game, then tick "read only" again

sorry for late reply but here: go to steam_rdl then open it as notepad and scroll down and you will see "language=russian" replace "russian" with "english"

Go to your DOCUMENTS folder and find: Documents\My Games\RedOrchestra2\ROGame\Localization\INT Then Delete any files in there worked for me
