My Chinese mother would have used the vegetable water for the stock water instead of the plain water. I am making this tonight but with sliced crispy pork i have left over from yesterday I cooked in the airfryer. Am watching twice the speed - its very funny but still perfectly understandable

There is an Asian grocery store near where I live at in Arizona. The store is called Lam's. But these egg noodles can be found at any Asian grocery store.
