I just came back from an 18 month, 21 country trip, khao soi is easily in my top 5 of all dishes, and it's the number one for the easiest to cook! So good

Khao soi is my favorite Thai soup. When I order at restaurants I always ask for extra pickled vegetable because I love it. It actually looks easy to make just quite a few steps. I think your darling mini chef will have her own channel soon! 😊❤
@SpoonForkHeart2 жыл бұрын
It's not hard to make, just a bit of a longer process with all the steps. But every step is easy. I love the pickled mustard greens too. Have you tried making it yourself? Oh, the "mini-chef" is so cute. She tries to help me out every day.

Hey Siri, and Siri junior! Thank you again for another delicious video. My sister is starting to come around bit by bit and warm up to nam pla. I remember when I first experienced it and thought, " there's no way I am eating this stuff!". Now, I keep it stocked up. I even LOVE fermented shrimp paste. I can't wait to try my hand at khao soi and will let you know how it goes. Please keep your little one on. It is so important to get kids to start cooking soon, and she ramps up the happy factor. Peace and blessings!

Thank you so much for the wonderful comment. Shrimp paste is a tricky one for most people. If you smell it, you will think "no way" I am not eating that. But when you cook with it, the strong smell goes away and the awesome flavors come out. Please email me a few pictures of it when you make it, I would love to see and share in the Community tab of the channel.
