I like Staff of Withering and Robe of Eyes (Dispelling Sphere causes Exhausted for 20 seconds, and Auras of Survivors within 8 meters of a Treasure Chest are revealed for 3 seconds after casting a spell) Lethal Pursuer, Franklin's Demise, Languid Touch, Weave Attunement. You could replace Languid Touch with someone else, but with the number of meta perks that trigger exhaust, it is pretty strong. Mage Hand is actually strongest when used against a Pallet that a Survivor is vaulting.

Stealth Vecna is surprisingly good. Unforeseen, Furtive Chase, Hex: Plaything, and Weave Attunement with Bag of Holding and Cloak of Invisibility.

Now imagine if Franklins still had fun interactions with killer powers. Also the fact that hoarder doesn't work with vecna chests is another example of the devs hate fun. Probably not worth using. Sad to say it's another dead perk.

Oh boy do I have a concept building for you today. The build uses wesker for his radius. Unnerving‚ overwhelming presence‚ weave attunement‚ and corrupt intervention. Burn those toolboxes and make them pay for bringing them.

Imagine if marking survivors with the sphere would make Flight of the Damned more effective. Theoretically it could be cool if marked survivors were given a larger hitbox, but instead of being injured they got a massive slow (the skeletons clinging to them)

That must be a glitch because she definitely should not get haste when you hit her with the sphere. I hope that's addressed because that's one of the whole entire points of using that thing.

This is similar to my first build with him, except replace Hoarder and Surge/CI with Overwhelming Presence and Distressing. Using Hoarder seems like a good call, though. I want to try this build with someone like Pyramid Head or Artist next. Get those through-wall shots.

@@pegeta He has anti-loop with Mage Hand, anti-chase and map coverage with Fly, ranged hits with Skull Entities and location info with Dispelling Sphere. And that's all before you include any add-ons or Perks. How about you actually suggest way to counter all that instead of just shouting 'git gud.'

​@@jondoe-du2fr Mage hand: Either predrop deliberately so he has to pick the pallet up and waste it (can slam it right back down on him if you time it right) or Greed the pallet and wsit out mage hand hugging tye loop well so it tuns out before he can hit you. Dispelling sphere? Just dodge the sphere, easy peasy. March of the damned? Crouch. His skeletons can't hit you if you're crouched unless he deliberately places them on a slightly lower elevation than you and they clip you. (In which case, your fault for getting yourself in that position in the first place, safer to just Hold W.) Flight? It has a cool down before he can do anything besides move and a speed penalty when going over vaults. Shift W key. Easy.

@@MementoMori7777 Thanks, but here's the thing: Mage Hand - if you pre-drop and Vecna lifts the pallet, you're likely to get hit. Even more so if he has the 5% Haste add-on. Stunning him with a second drop is not easy as most Vecnas will break instead of lift to create dead zones. If you greed the pallet, a good Vecna will hold it in place so that you get hit when he hugs the loop just as well as you. Dispelling Sphere - The Sphere is only visible if you have the Archivist magic item. Not "easy peasy" when RnG is involved. Not to mention that getting hit with the Sphere disables your magic items. Flight of the Damned - Crouching is the best counter. But! Doing so means you lose distance and most likely get hit. Also, it's harder to crouch the skulls if Vecna releases them behind a wall or at the right distance for an insta-hit, let alone from a lower position or if he is running the add-on to lower them. Fly - The best counter is definitely getting to a vault/loop. But you have to guess the play just right. Which side of the vault will Vecna land on? Guess wrong and he can body block the vault and then get the hit. If you're out in the open he will pretty much be on top of you as the chase begins. Anyway. With all of that being said, it seems that the best counter for Vecna are the magical items like The Archivist. The Nightwatch helps to see auras of the skulls and The Interloper gives you 7% haste when Mage Hand is used. That way all of the soft-counters we mentioned become more viable. Obviously the Hand and Eye of Vecna are boss level counters.

Fun fact: Survivors can't crouch under skeleton if they on a slightly higher plain than you. For instance @ 13:46 if you had use the ability before going up the ramp she would have been able to duck under it. It's actually great. I got a few survivors with it 😂

Build: Somewhat Accurate Archlich Perks: Lightborn (immune to lightning damage), Relentless (immune to bludgeoning damage), Forced Penance (creatures hit with Afterthought take 9(2d8) damage per turn until they make a DC 20 Saving Throw), Lethal Pursuer (Perception 25) Add-Ons: Cloak of Elvenkind (in DND, Vecna does not have a Terror Radius), Robe of Eyes (it may not be advisable to loot in the middle of a fight, let alone against Vecna the Archlich) Rules: In addition to in-game recharges, you can only use some spells for so long until you've taken a Long Rest, AKA a generator is completed. How many you can cast per long rest (c/lr) is based on how many times a caster with ESL 12 can cast a spell from that spell slot level. Rates are as follows: Fly: 3 c/lr (Grant Flight is a level 3 spell slot) Mage Hand: Unlimited (Mage Hand, being a cantrip, has no limits to use) Flight of the Damned: 1 c/lr (since I assume players are not meant to know Flight of the Damned, I'm treated it as a level 6 spell slot) Dispelling Sphere: 3 c/lr (closest one I could think of is Otiluke's Resilient Sphere, which is a level 4 spell slot)

If you get hit by the skeletons, you’re pretty bad. Literally all you have to do is crouch, they will fly over you without hitting you. They will nerf him in a couple weeks, once sales slow down.

the Skeletons can reliably hit at windows and pallets just like Nemesis, Pyramidhead, and Xenomorph. on top of that, if they're at just the right distance from you, the Skeleton literally spawns inside them and deals its damage.

No noob. In some situations, if you crouch or not you’ll be hit anyway. In these situations, it’s better to get hit so you make more distance. What a NOOB smh 🤦‍♂️ .

Vecna probably will be getting a hotfix or a nerf, I think this adjustments were just for release purposes, survivors used to get mad at me for winning as BP farming Legion, I just can't imagine how salty the get pallet denial

The difference is that scamper didn't even have a cooldown or speed penalty so it was literally just "Press button for free hit." Vecna gets speed penalties and cooldowns for his Anti-loops.
