I stopped playing this game when Xenomorph was released because as a survivor, that creature terrifies me. That stealth build was absolutely insane. I can't even watch people play Alien Isolation... I think the acidic blood add on would pair really well with a spirit fury enduring build. You injure them with the pallet stun then instantly down them because the pallet breaks with spirit fury

Spirit’s Fury would’ve also made a good choice with the Queen’s build, possibly in place of STBFL since you have the tail strikes. Would’ve fit the theme of “she breaks things with ease”.

Instead of meat hooks, the Xenomorph should be placing its victims in those chitinous walls that they molt. When the timer runs out, an ovomorph/egg hatches and a facehugger should jump out and impregnate the host. After the second timer runs and kills the survivor, a chestburster should burrow out of their chests.

@@OsuchinRiberu Less work than it took to introduce the Xeno and alien characters. What I am imagining are mostly asset swaps. Replace the hook pylon with a chitinous Alien nest and the hanging animation with the victim being cocooned. The most work would be adding the extra animations for the ovomorph opening, facehugger, and chestburster. Mechanically it works exactly like the regular game.

Those are pretty good perks. But I stuck with the Xenomorph's three while adding the Knight's perk, "Face The Darkness." After injuting a survivor by any means, all survivors outside of your terror radius will scream, giving away their position until the survivor you injured is healed or hooked. I used this set up the other day and got a 3K with Bill being the only survivor to escape due to finding the hatch. The Steve player got a first hand account of the Xenomorph's mori.

Would of gone with Fire Up on the queen instead of Save myself. Queens are shown to be somewhat disinclined to truly push themselves until something pisses them off, Fire Up could easily represent her becoming more and more pissed off as the survivors come closer to escaping. It would also make her just insanely fast at vaults and breaks in the last two gens when combined with everything else and just allow you to straight up bulldoze through the map. Would of also gone with the Self Destruct Bolt instead of the Watch just for even more speed. Would of made her feel like this unrelenting and unstoppable juggernaut in a chase.

I think out of all three of these, the stealth was the strongest. I’ve heard people say that tracking perks aren’t needed seeing as you can track people through the tunnels but knowing where to go at the very beginning allowed early game pressure I haven’t played since last April but after seeing this Zenomorph gamplay, I may come back

Love seeing other people do lore based build, especially someone whos way better than me at the game lol. Although while i hate to 🤓 a little, I do wanna add as a alien nerd: Grid was technically just a drone caste xeno who had higher than average intelligence for a xeno hence it taking a leader position, which while could still be enough for it to be considered an alpha, alpha male no since xenos are its as they lack any semblance of gender, which I think is neat because canonically it enables different members to straight up switch which caste they're part of.

Grid is always a topic of controversy amongst the fanbase. The Novelization of Alien Versus Predator states multiple times throughout that Grid is a (One and Only really) Alpha Male Xenomorph, and that is why I went with that description of him as such, as the Novelization is technically the truest form of Cannon in most arts. Despite most of the franchise and media stating Xenos are specifically female or both or neither, Grid is the only outlier. However, if I went into that much detail in this video, majority wouldn't stick around to watch the builds and the matches. So I had to keep things quick and too the point lol.

something i would have recommended with the queens build is spirit fury, as it shreds through pallets, i probably would've swapped it with superior anatomy as vaults are something you can take care of with a m1 or a tail strike. Not saying that the build isn't fun because it is, i've tried it but i also used spirit fury and it works amazingly.

Very cool builds, albeit I think the queen one still had room for improvement, or maybe its that in dbd there isn't a whole lot for "smash your way through anything with ease" beyond brutal and enduring and spirit fury but the idea is cool. If you want a suggestion that I found honestly fun for Xeno, its Distressing, Ultimate Weapon, darkness revealed and the last perk can be freely of your choice. I haven't been able to find a good final perk to run yet sadly. But distressing has apparently been surprisngly disorienting to some teams I've faced off against, especially on indoor maps where it leaves them paranoid. Outdoor maps can be a bit trickier and I might try dark devotion for that exact reason and with Game Afoot, taking on darkness revealed's place. Either way I think its less expecting. Add onto it the sloppy butcher add on combo and I think the game would be a fun chaotic time

Just fyi the clone skin isn't based on the xenomorph you mentioned in the video. It was a failed attempt at cloning Ripley with the Alien queen inside her. It was shown in the movie Alien Resurrection in the test tubes that she destroyed filled with failed clone attempts.

That is what someone else commented below as well. The Resurrection saga I was not savy on, so I relied on some friends who are much more versed in the Alien Franchise, and they didn't think it was one of those clones. But if it was in the movie, then that is awesome to hear!

If you did the Blighted Xenomorph I think we'd see something similar to the Queen's build, as most of the Blighted Xenomorph's animations show it being extremely hostile and lashing out often. Maybe Brutal Strength, Knock Out, Rapid Brutality, and Fire Up? Run Kane's Helmet and the Multipurpose Hatchet for add-ons?

You referring to the xenos as males made me realize how much I wish we'd get an AvP game where we get to play as an actual Xenomorph King leading the Praetorians and warriors in trying to protect the Queen and the hive of an almost fully consumed world against a human invasion force. We literally haven't ever seen a hive large enough to support a King so far. (Which are apparently similar/larger sized than Queens, but fully evolved towards combat instead of reproduction.)

Yeah Xenomorph lore is all over the place when it comes to male and female variations. Grid is the only canonically male Xenomorph as far as my research had revealed to me. I honestly haven’t heard of a Xenomorph King 👀 But now I’m curious.

@@OsuchinRiberu To my knowledge there's two obscure versions of the idea of the Xenomorph king, one is from comics and is a kind of ''pretender king'' that goes around murdering Queens. And the other is based around a model that was being sold depicting a xenomorph as large as a Queen but without the secondary hands and a slightly different looking headcrest. Though, while it's referred to as a ''King'' people seem to consider it female/hermaphrodite like most xenomorphs. Personally I just think the idea of marines landing on a planet swarmed with xenomorphs, having initial success against the uncoordinated or lightly directed swarms under the Queen, only to then suddenly start facing extremely well coordinated attacks from swarms under the direct command of a King and it's Praetorian escorts to be a really good basis for either a FPS or RTS AvP game.

The clone is a failed experiment, you can see it in the movie alien resurrection where it's tubed, love all 3 builds were great especially the stealth one.

I wasn't sure if this specific version was in the movie. There were many failed experiments but the multiple people that I consulted about the clone said there wasn't a full xenomorph clone exactly like the one in DBD, as it seems DBD took some liberties based off the clones in the movie.

@@OsuchinRiberu It would have been called newborn and not a clone if that was the case but if we're talking about full as in alive then yes the newborn is the closest but if you watch the movie when Ripley goes into I-7 (almost a hour in the movie) clone 5 is the actual closest resembling out of the bunch and the fact it's called clone supports the theory.

I feel like Monitor and Abuse would work better on the clone. While Lethal Pursuer is good for getting a start, the clone’s intelligence and lack of defenses compared to the original xenomorphs would, in an adaptation, make the creatures more silent and stealthy naturally in order to preserve themselves, while asserting themselves HEAVILY in confrontations in order to make up for the deformities. Monitor + Crawler Form also allows you to play as a jumpscare xenomorph of sorts on your own. Redundant? Maybe. Fun? Absolutely.

I feel like for a stealth build monitor and abuse and machine learning could be good choices. Your terror radius is smaller in crawler mode by default so it’s tiny with monitor. Machine learning would work better with the kick oriented build you made.

Monitor is always a good choice but I wanted to create the horror aspect of zero terror radius over a smaller terror radius. Machine learning is okay but I’m personally not a fan of the perk, nor would it have given consistent value Throughout the match like Trail and No where to hide for example.

Main issue with Machine Learning is relying on a specific generator to get finished. Basically like Fire Up, You only get value when Survivors are completing their objectives but for a limited time. I just dont think the pay off is worth the requirements basically.

Like fire up is only really good combined with bamboozle and brutal strength and that but its an entire build to make one perk work.

Sadly It would be almost impossible to make a build that is applicable to everyone’s specific circumstances and if I used mainly common perks everyone has access to, it wouldn’t be a lore build video. This video is intended to entertain in a creative way, fun/effective builds everyone has access to would be another type of video I could do :)

Might I recommend Monitor and Abuse for a stealth build! Lowers terror radius while not in a chase meaning it's incredibly low while in crawler mode!

The tail can be very finicky at times. It can be strafed with A&D and has a vertical drag tech to it. But I always feel the tail attacks are hit or miss 😂

Okay but the stealth build is actually kind of genius, especially with indoor maps. Having the ability to see their aura while being undetectable allows you to set up the perfect jumpscare, possibly killing them in real life.

If you don’t have trail of torment, then you can try using other perks that create undetectable. Dark Devotion, Tinkerer, the new Furtive Chase, are just a few off the top of my head

@@OsuchinRiberu it’s my go to build for Myers, just swap distressing with some kind of slow down and use his dead rabbit add on. Extremely small TR in tier 2, massive TR in tier 3 and downs make virtually almost everyone else scream. Allows for you to potentially chain downs.

@@OsuchinRiberu i was looking for a lore accurate Nemi build awhile back, and people came up with: Tinkerer, as the Nemesis always seems to know just when Jill is up to something. Fire Up, because he mutates and adapts overtime. And Rancor, as he was designed to quickly and mercilessly eliminate a target. The last one can use Iron Grasp to emphasize his strength, or Nemesis, both for the joke, and for making your rancor target a S.T.A.R.S. member. Can't wait to see more builds like these, keep up the good work, dude.
