【Red Sea REEFER 170 Chapter 1】New Aquarium Set Up

I will be sharing my Aquarium life with brand new Red Sea Reefer 170.
In this video, I'm sharing the set up with light, protein skimmer, sump, bacteria to start up and more.
I will be updating about cycle in the future updates.
This is the Chapter 1 of my Red Sea Reefer 170!
Same day when the water and bacteria were into the new tank, my beard dragon passed away. One life ended and new life started on the same day, a little bit of memorial day just for myself.

This tank is just great, can be bigger but not too small to enjoy corals and fish, we just can’t do much with tangs!

I had chosen the Reefer 250 but, for space in my bedroom, I chose the Reefer 170 again, I find the cube more suitable by design, weight content and size, 270 kilos I do not consider much weight for a first floor, we'll see, What fish are you going to put in the tank?

I like the cube too, it can be looks good. I have now 2 clownfish, 3 green chromis, 1 peppermint shrimp, 1 pistol shrimp that I never see, and Yellow Clown Goby. But Yellow Clown Goby is chewing up my SPS, so he will be out shortly!

Cel Blau The pistol shrimp, I was going to pair with prawn goby that I had, but the shrimp is so tiny, and I only saw him couple times in one month, I might need to move the rocks to find out if he is alive or not. He shedded couple times though, I can’t see him in the tank at all...

@@AquariumDays Now, count the fish every day, with only one that you are missing and you can see no more, you must put a trap to the Mantis shrimp, you take a chocolate box and you put slugs diagonally, so you can enter, but not leave, that shrimp always travel from polizonte on live rock or, from other aquariums.

The conditioner was temporary till I get RODI set up. Now I use RODI!
