I'll be honest. I am an American citizen born and raised. My roots thought back to Europe. I believe lamb is eaten more in the rest of the world than in the USA itself. Pork, beef and chicken are probably bigger. Lamb is expensive here. At $10 a pound. Youbcsn find it in your more organic stores. It was just interesting the way you did it a separately. I've Just pre seasoned and seared it, and put it on top of the potatoes and carrots. Meaning it all cooks together in the crock pot. I actually stuffed the last beef roast we did with garlic and quartered onion and set it on top of the meat.
